2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered in the following scenarios:
- Project Cancellation by Client: If a client cancels the project before it has begun, a refund may be issued, subject to deductions for any costs incurred during the preparation phase.
- Non-Delivery of Service: If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues, a full refund will be processed.
- Failure to Meet Milestones: If Tech Nordia Oy fails to meet significant project milestones as agreed upon in the contract, the client may request a partial or full refund based on the extent of work completed.
- Duplicate Payments: If a client accidentally makes duplicate payments, a full refund of the excess amount will be processed.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our billing team at support@technordia.com with the following details:
- Your name and company name
- Project or service details
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any supporting documentation (if applicable)
Once we receive your request, we will review it within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
4. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that the following services are non-refundable:
- Custom software or designs that have been delivered and accepted by the client
- Subscription-based services where the service has already been accessed

Tech Nordia Oy reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
